FACILITIES

Newtown Stables is set in the South East of Ireland just one 1km from the beach. The yard contains about 100 acres of land, with big fields and lovely big stables for the young horses to develop. At the moment we are redeveloping the stables, we will share lots of photos when the work is complete.

Some of the competition horses are based with Bertram Allen Gmbh in Hünxe, Germany, with rolling grass fields where horses can enjoy just being horses. The yard contains about 6 acres of land, which allows the horses free reign to enjoy themselves out in the fields, as well as ten stables in the stallion barn and twelve in the mare barn. The facilities also include an indoor arena; outdoor sand arena, a walker and a small outdoor gallop track where the horses are regularly exercised.
